1. Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets.
 
2. What time is check out?
Check out is 12 p.m.
 
3. Is there a pool on property?
Yes, we have an indoor pool and hot tub.
 
4. Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is served hot and complimentary every day from 6:30 to 10:30. The hotel features CaribouĀ® Coffee for breakfast and in our lobby 24 hours. Breakfast features scrambled eggs, omelets, hot meat items, and make your own Belgian waffles.
 
5. Are there bikes available to rent?
We do not, but Wheels of Fun is located in Canal Park and rents specialty cycles and bikes.
 
6. Do you offer free parking?
Yes, register your vehicle license plate when you check in.
 
7. Do you offer covered parking for motorcycles?
Yes, we have designated covered parking if you decide to ride your motorcycle here. We have two 20' x 20' a-framed carports to provide your bike with some overhead protection. We even keep some rags and other supplies out there for your biking convenience.
 
8. Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, our rooms come with complimentary WiFi.
 
9. At what age do you qualify for the senior discount?
Age 60 and older qualifies.
 
10. When do you charge my credit card for my stay?
We authorize credit cards at check-in for the entire amount, but for all debit/bank cards we charge the full amount at check-in. Credit cards will be charged at check-out. (This policy excludes special events. Contact hotel for deposit details and when your credit card will be charged for full stay amount.)
 
11. Do you accept personal checks?
We do not accept personal checks at check-in, but we will take a personal check for an advanced reservation deposit. Must be received at least 7 days before arrival.
 
12. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up until 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. After this period, you will be charged one night's room and tax. (Excludes Special Events)
